To properly digest all the different types of food ingested, the body needs sufficient digestive enzymes to process and assimilate food. A lack of enzymes can lead to stomach problems, bloating, excessive fermentation, poor assimilation of nutrients (vitamin and mineral deficiencies), etc.

 

Enzymes Digest Fort is an enzyme complex formulated to promote the absorption of nutrients and improve digestion: it contains the full spectrum of enzyme classes, of 100% plant origin, to allow a complete assimilation of all food groups. Lactase, amylase, protease, lipase and hemicellulose are enzymes found in saliva, pancreas or intestine. They break down complex foods into simple nutrients essential to the body, which cross cell membranes.

 

- Amylases catabolise long-chain carbohydrates (such as starch) into smaller units.

- Pancreatic lipase transforms lipids into fatty acids.

- Pancreatic proteases breaks down proteins into amino acids.

- The small intestine also produces digestive enzymes, including lactase, which converts lactose into glucose and galactose.

- Hemicellulase is used to digest fibers.

2. Directions for use

2 capsules with meals and a glass of water. The dosage may be adapted according to the consumer's lactose tolerance. Maximum 6 capsules per day.
