Microbiotic strains are microorganisms which, taken in appropriate quantities, have beneficial effects on the health of the host. Prebiotics are substances that are not digested by the intestine. They reach directly the colon where they will selectively stimulate the growth of bacteria.

Laboratoires Fenioux offer Opti®Trans, a food supplement which judiciously combines probiotics (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactococcus lactis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum) and prebiotics = fructo-oligosaccharides (from chicory and beetroot). Opti® Trans has increased bioavailability thanks to its packaging in DR caps TM* vegetable capsules.

The strains used in this formula allow to combat constipation or diarrhea.

2.    Directions for use

1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening at bedtime with a large glass of water.
