Opti® Trans has increased bioavailability thanks to its packaging in DR caps TM* vegetable capsules.
The strains used in this formula allow to combat constipation or diarrhea.

2. Directions for use
1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening at bedtime with a large glass of water.
