Lithotranquilibre contains hawthorn (Crataegus Laevigata) and bird’s-foot trefoil. Hawthorn reduces nervousness in adults and children.

The World Health Organization (WHO) recognizes the use of hawthorn to support cardiovascular function and to treat class I and II congestive heart failure. Its action is complemented by the presence of bird’s-foot trefoil. It contains nitrilosides and flavoides, molecules with sedative properties that act on nerves. It has calming and anxiolytic properties. It is traditionally used to treat sleep disorders, such as insomnia. It has a remarkable effect on the nervous system, regulating the heartbeat. Lithotamne is a calcareous algae native to the Glénans in Brittany. It possesses a pH9. It is used to improve the bioavailability of plants by reducing gastric acidity. It is very rich in alginates, calcium magnesium.

2. Directions for use

2 -3 capsules at lunchtime and in the evening with a large glass of water, 10 minutes before meals.
