These capsules are composed of powder obtained by grinding oyster shells without adding an excipient. The oyster shell powder comes from oysters harvested in Brittany, on a pollution-free site with low population densities.

In this way, each oyster optimally mineralizes its shell to provide very high levels of trace elements and minerals. Oyster shells contain high levels of magnesium and calcium, necessary for the maintenance of normal bone structure. Oysters are a good source of vitamin B3, also known as niacin. Niacin helps reduce fatigue.
