1.    Description

Artichoke has both depurative and choleretic properties. It stimulates bile secretion by the liver and the evacuation of vesicular bile thanks to cynarin. It is one of the best plants for draining and stimulating the liver.

The artichoke also contains inulin. Inulin is known as a prebiotic. Beneficial intestinal bacteria (e.g. bifidobacteria) can use inulin to develop and play a more effective role in intestinal health and the immune system. Some studies also suggest that artichoke may lower blood cholesterol levels and participate in blood sugar control.

2. Directions for use

3 to 6 capsules per day divided into 2 doses with a large glass of water, 10 min before meals.
