PEA CONCEPT - 60 capsules
Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is a molecule naturally produced by the body from cell membranes.
It is involved in the biological mechanisms involved in maintaining physiological balance.
The PEA is known for its interaction with the endocannabinoid system, which is involved in the regulation of many functions of the body.
1.Description
Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is a molecule naturally produced by the body. It is synthesised by cells from components found in cell membranes, particularly when the body is subjected to situations of imbalance, such as cellular stress.
The PEA is part of the body's natural regulatory mechanisms. It is known for its interaction with the endocannabinoid system, a system involved in maintaining physiological balance. This is referred to as an "endocannabinoid-like" effect, as PEA acts in support of the endocannabinoids naturally produced by the body.
Unlike THC derived from cannabis, PEA is an endogenous molecule, meaning it is produced by the body itself, and has no psychoactive effects.
In certain situations, particularly when physiological balance is put to the test over the long term, endogenous levels of PEA may be insufficient. In this context, supplementation with PEA can be part of a comprehensive approach aimed at supporting the body's natural regulatory mechanisms, alongside a healthy lifestyle.
