This formula combines coenzyme Q10 with flaxseed oil, which is naturally rich in alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3).
One capsule per day provides an appropriate dosage of coenzyme Q10 as part of a daily supplementation.
Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels as part of a balanced diet.

1 to 2 capsules per day with a glass of water
